Fall Hairstyling Trends for 2015

Serenity has the word on Fall hairstyling trends for 2015. This fall looks to be full of fun and fancy! There’s a lot of current trends in the world of hair. Our favorites are:

  • Low Ponytails
  • Deep Side Parts
  • Messy French Twist and Chignon
  • Bohemian Waves
  • Leather Headbands/Accessories
  • Hair Knots
  • Half Up Style using Twists and Braids
  • Using Hair Gel to Create a Sleek Headband Look
  • Loose Waves with Middle Parts

While all of these topics are near and dear to us, we think you should pay special attention to anything with a twist or braid. We’re also into Bohemian waves. The new version of the French Twist will have you looking hip and playful at your next social event. Rather than going with a tight French Twist, which is the classic look – instead loosen up the twist and give it a messier appearance. Securing your twist with a simple ribbon or pin is the way to go.

What isn’t cool about anything Bohemian? This fall, the fun summer look of long, naturally-dried hair continues on. The key here is to make it look as though your style is effortless. A great way to achieve this look is to braid your hair while wet, let dry and then release the braids. You’ll get a full, natural appearance with simplistic overtones.

Fall hairstyling trends for 2015 are also about hair parting. From deep side parts, to middle parts – changing up your part will greatly effect your overall appearance. One day you can go with a middle part, giving way to loose waves on each side. The next day try a deep side part with straightened hair for a more refined look.

With so many options to choose from, your hairstyles for this fall can be as varied as the weather! If you’re unsure that a specific style or look will work for your hair type, stop by Serenity Salon. Our stylists are always happy to give advice on what’s hot and what’s not. We hope to see you soon!
